The Product

Recruiterbox is a result of talking to numerous people who hire. It was built during a time when recruiting was slow, forcing us to find what recruiters *really* need.

We saw that most people did not use recruiting software as it was too overwhelming or expensive. Those who did use software, complained of employees not using their software.

We realized that there was a need for a simpler, affordable recruiting software. Software that didn't try to do too many things - but still gets the job done.

Recruiterbox is built with all this in mind.

The Company

Recruiterbox is a product of Aplopio Technology Pvt. Ltd., a firm based out of Bangalore, India. Aplopio is greek for "simplify", and focuses on making simple yet useful products that solve real problems.

Aplopio is an i-Accelerator company. It was incubated with the program at IIM Ahmedabad during May-Aug 2009.

The People

Aplopio is founded by Girish Redekar & Raghuveer Kancherla. Both are engineers from IIT Madras. They enjoy building simple and intutive products.
